陕汽集团商用车有限公司（以下简称“陕汽商用车”）是陕西汽车控股集团有限公司核心整车子公司，始建于1958年，总部位于陕西省宝鸡市蔡家坡经济技术开发区，是陕西省重点支持的整车研发、制造、销售骨干企业。

Shaanxi Automobile Group Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle) is a core vehicle-manufacturing subsidiary of Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group. Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Caijiapo Economic & Technological Development Zone, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, it is a backbone enterprise in Shaanxi Province dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing and sales of complete vehicles.

Driven by the mission of "building better vehicles for users and creating wealth for customers", it strives to become a premier provider of green transportation. As a fully digital and intelligent commercial vehicle hub in Northwest China—integrating R&D, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, sales and after-sales services—it boasts an annual production capacity of 100,000 units, thus effectively underpinning the "dual-wheel drive" strategy of Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group.

公司主营延安高端重卡、德御重卡、德龍轻卡、智云新能源等全系列商用车及专用车产品，在经济性、舒适性、轻量化、新能源及智能网联等领域具有行业领先的技术能力和研发优势，拥有发明专利200 余项。积极融入“一带一路”建设，面向海外市场推出“SAGMOTO”全球品牌，实施“一国一车”发展策略，满足海外客户的多元化需求。

It mainly engages in the full range of commercial vehicles and special-purpose vehicles, including Yan'an premium heavy-duty trucks, Deyu heavy-duty trucks, Delong light-duty trucks, and Zhiyun new energy vehicles. Endowed with industry-leading technical capabilities and R&D strengths in fuel efficiency, ride comfort, lightweight design, new energy technologies and intelligent connectivity, it holds over 200 invention patents. To actively align itself with the Belt and Road Initiative, it has launched the "SAGMOTO" global brand for overseas markets and adopted the "One Country, One Vehicle" development strategy to cater to the diversified needs of overseas customers.

2019 年，公司被列入国家首批“双百企业”名单，先后荣获全国五一劳动奖状、全国机械工业质量奖、全国企业文化建设示范单位、全国模范职工之家、全国安康杯竞赛优胜单位等荣誉。

In 2019, it was named to the first batch of national "Double-Hundred" reform enterprises list. Since then, it has garnered a host of top honors, including the National May 1st Labour Award, the National Machinery Industry Quality Prize, the National Model Unit for Corporate Culture Construction, and the National Ankang Cup for Work Safety & Health.
